Consultation on Aberdeenshire Local Fire & Rescue Plan 2014 -2017

Have a look at the Aberdeenshire Local Fire Plan and share your views in the attached consultation. This will help inform more detailed plans to be prepared for local ward /community areas as part of an integrated community service. This consultation period ends on Friday 14th February 2014.

GREC Survey on Equality Outcomes

Aberdeenshire Council has been working on delivering services which promote your council area as a fairer and more just place to live. Six Equality Outcome Statements have been presented in this survey to help gather comments on the impact which planned activity will have on you and your community.

Beyond 2011 Consultation: User requirements for future population and socio-demographic information

The Beyond 2011 programme is an ongoing programme within National Records of Scotland (NRS) to research suitable methods for producing population and socio-demographic information.


Views Sought on Aberdeenshire Live Community Information System

Views are again being sought from members of the public on the Aberdeenshire Live community information system. The system is a partnership between Aberdeenshire Council, Grampian Police and NHS Grampian, which provides information from all three of these organisations, along with news from community groups in the area.

Consultation on Joint Commissioning Strategy for Older People

Aberdeenshire Council is preparing a 10 year strategy for Older People's health and social care services which will be published in February 2013. The findings from this consultation will be incorporated into the final strategy document.


Street Cleansing Survey

Aberdeenshire Council is launching a Street Cleansing Survey to find out what householders think about litter, the provision of street cleansing services and what improvements they would like to see. The survey will be available to complete online from 8th October for one month.

Older People's Week 2012

International Older People's Day is on the 1st October every year. For the second year in a row Aberdeenshire Council is supporting a week of events around this day to celebrate the contribution older people make to Aberdeenshire.

Aberdeenshire Council LL&L Strategy

The Lifelong Learning and Leisure Services need you to help shape their strategies, so that they can make a difference to the lives of those who live, work and learn in Aberdeenshire. By taking part in this consultation you are informing them as to how best they can improve learning, ensure an inclusive culture and support the development and sustainability of your community.

 Scottish Ambulance Service - Annual Review 2012

The performance of the Scottish Ambulance Service is assessed by the Government Health Department through the Annual Review process.  The review includes a meeting in public, where key areas of performance are discussed.

Aberdeenshire Council in partnership with  Aberdeenshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership and Aberdeenshire Local Tobacco Alliance are committed to providing comprehensive substance misuse education to the children and young people of Aberdeenshire.
