Aberdeenshire was recently involved in a national consultation looking at the planning and delivery of Health Improvement.  A number of local and national recommendations were put forward and these are available to read in the report.

We have agreed priorities for implementation and joint outcomes. An integrated implementation tool has been developed and is currently being piloted in North, Central and South LCHP areas for two priority outcomes in each area.

Taking forward the vision that “Every child in Aberdeenshire will by valued and helped to realise their potential”.

A Joint Management Group has been established across agencies to improve the outcomes of children being safe, nurtured, healthy, achieving, active, respected and responsible and included.
