The Garioch Local Community Planning Group brings together representatives from the Community Planning Partners to identify and address the needs and concerns of the Garioch area.

Development of the Plan
Jill Sowden, Garioch Local Community Planning Officer, has been out and about over the summer months talking to local residents about where they live, what issues they might have and what can be done to make their lives better.

The information gathered will be considered by the Garioch Local Community Planning Group to help inform the new Garioch Local Community Plan.

A large display by all partners on the Garioch Local Community Planning Group is being planned for Saturday, 3 October 2009  at Inverurie Academy to complement the Heritage Fair being held at the school on the day.
