The Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) sets out how the Aberdeenshire Community Planning Partnership will contribute to the Scottish Government's National Outcomes. The purpose of the SOA is to identify areas for improvement and deliver better outcomes for the people of Aberdeenshire and Scotland through specific commitments made by the Aberdeenshire Community Planning Partnership and the Scottish Government.
